The Australian Arab Business Network (AABN) endeavours to be your premier platform to facilitate business and social networking among Australian Arab business community as well the wider Australian business community.
Membership Categories
There are four kinds of membership to the Australian Arab Business Network. To reduce administration costs and to allow you to claim membership fees as a one-off deduction we have incorporated dinner costs into membership fees.
Financial members can participate in the business of the Network in terms of discussion, proposing ideas, voting, as well as being elected to the Board. They can also be listed on the AABN website witha direct link to their own websites. Members are also entitledto receive discounts and other privileges from other members and to AABN activities. They are also entitled to promote their products, services and any special offers at the monthly dinner and on the network’s website. They can also advertise employment vacancies on the website and receive businessreferrals from other members.
BUSINESS - This kind of membership allows the member free dinner at every monthly meeting for as long as they are full financial members.
PROFESSIONAL - This kind of membership has the same benefits as business membership. It is open to professionals who do not have an ABN in their own right and can only practice under accreditation from their professional body, such as accountants, lawyers, migrations agents, doctors, etc. They will be subject to the same fee structure as business members
CORPORATE - This kind of membership allows the member free dinner for up to four people at every monthly meeting for as long as they are full financial members. Corporate members get a range of additional exposures, such as first page scroll on the website, logo at dinners and a banner, and logo prominently noted on all correspondence. They are also invitedto participate in Board deliberations and most functions.
HONORARY - This kind of membership is by invitation only. It is extended to those who in the opinion of the Board and because of their specific status can add value to the Network,not otherwise available. Current honorary members include Arab Diplomats in Australia. Their privileges include free invitations to monthly dinners, direct link on AABN website to their website, access to AABN resources and information sharing about import/export, delegations and visits, cultural and social activities, etc. No fees apply in this category.
